Monday

• Breakfast: 2 eggs and sugar free bacon

• Dinner: Lemon Garlic Roast Chicken and Mash

Tuesday

• Breakfast: Merguez Lamb Sausages and Vegetable Hash

• Lunch: left over Roast Chicken salad

Wednesday

• Lunch: leftover Burger and Salad

Thursday
