Self Care Essentials: Autumnal Practice

Using the tools of yoga to connect with and balance your self as the fall turns into winter. Come in with an intention and learn which poses best help to open and heal your whole self. Create a practice that you can take with you any where.

This series is accessible to everybody.

You must register and pay in advance for the series or for the classes you wish to come to as space is very limited!

Come create a daily practice that energizes, opens and strengthens.

Using the metta river principles as a guide she invites you through the integration of each pose with body, mind and breath. The series will be practiced as individual postures and as a meditative flow. You will learn the healing intention of each pose and to make enhancements in the practice so that it works best for you.

The workshop is accessible to everybody.

Lemongrass Beef Stew

We were looking for a way to use some beef short ribs we came across this summer. This is a fragrant filling stew that has become a family favorite! Since the first round we have made this dish with ox tail and stew meat and they are all equally delicious!
