Minga is teaching a class online once a week. Weaving together movement, self massage, mindful awareness and anatomy minga coaches students in healing the mind body split and rediscovering wellness.

The classes take place in the context of our world so we are invited to begin to integrate our internal experience with what is happening in the world around us:

Individual Sessions with minga lily

practice at home

Individual classes with minga are completely personalized. The first session will include an interview and setting of intention for your mind body coaching session. Body awareness is an important part of every class. Using a mixture of movement, self massage, education, nutritional recommendations, mindful awareness and dialogue, minga assists individual clients in understanding the trouble they have with areas of chronic pain, injury, mental and emotional blockages and helps them find effective ways of releasing stuck energy and rediscovering their wellness – or perhaps finding it for the first time ever. Most people commit to a series of sessions to attend to their intention. As things in life change and evolve we discuss and adjust intention to meet the emerging self.

For individual sessions we often need the following props:mat, blanket, towels (one rolled as a neck roll + extra),
strap, yoga blocks, foam roll, pillows if you need them
and bolster
 in your practice area.

Minga is now in office at Healthy Living Community Clinic on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Otherwise all private sessions are through the Zoom platform Tuesday through Friday
