The best way to get coconut milk and cream is to start with fresh coconuts. If you have the time and energy for that, I'd love you to come to my house and cook for us. For the rest of us having coconut cream that is not filled with sugar, guar gum, xantham gum and other additives is a huge challenge. This box is a little miracle. it can be found in several places, but we get ours from People's Food Co-op, because it is close to home. It freezes well, so if you don't use it all at once, it certainly won't go to waste.
