Fresh Mint Sauce
This is a refreshing fresh mint version on mint sauce which is amazing with lamb cooked any old way. Try it on your morning vegetable hash and smoked salmon as well : )
Ingredients:
- 1 cup bunch fresh mint 
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil 
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt 
Directions:
Place all the ingredients into a little food processor and blend for 20 or 30 seconds.
