... gentle, kind and nurturing. It didn't feel rigorous or even that I was pushing myself. Yet

Saturday night I was able to dance. Not, not just able to, but wanted to, as my
hips had released from a tightness I didn't know had been imprisoning them.
I don't like the way yoga is always described with the same
words, and for me they have lost their meaning. Your classes -- the movements
that went beyond the words -- brought meaning back to my practice, and showed
me what it meant to practice.
