I live Yoga as the joy of my life playing across the country sharing my knowledge of yoga therapy, women’s wellness and integrative living, inviting those in my circle toward integration, wholeness and presence.  I weave Ayurvedic concepts, cleansing diets, and nutrition with archetypal expressions of embodiment.

In 1992 I began my immersion in Yoga, Meditation, and Traditional Thai healing while living amidst indigenous Lahu people in northern Thailand with Ashokananda (author of The Art of Traditional Thai Massage) as my teacher, mentor, and friend. My feet firmly planted in healing, my life was changed forever.

My teen years had been a downward slide into abysmal health when I moved to the US from Thailand. The total disregard for selfcare continued into my time at Yale University.

When I graduated I was suffering from ulcerative colitis, knee injuries, a muscle tear in my lower back & amenorrhea. I was told by doctors over & over that i would never recover completely, that i would have back, knee & digestive problems my whole life. I was in constant pain.

Returning to my hearts home, Thailand, I realized I could heal!

18 years later and I am still a student. my knowledge is always deepening. each person with whom i work teaches me how best to approach their healing with them. My deep, extensive, fluid knowledge of the body mind & spirit gives me a subtle, supportive, simple approach filled with patience.
